Subject: FW: URGENT - 2 STOLEN SHETLAND FILLIES FROM EAST HERTS          details as follows -

Both ponies were in secure field in Bayford Woods, Bucks Alley, Bayford.

They went missing sometime between10.00 and 17.00 hrs on Friday 13 January.

There was no sign of any forced entry to the field and it was hoped at first the ponies had somehow gone missing or strayed, but after very

extensive searches and enqiries it would appear they have been stolen. The owner has also spoken to local Vets, and Farriers etc and will also try to attend local Horse Sales this week.

Crime Ref. A6/06/30 refers. Any info to Hertford Police on tel - 0845 33 00 222

Between approx 15.00 hrs on Tuesday 27.12.05 and 11.00 hrs on 28.12.05 a stable yard in the Cheshunt area was broken into and a horse and tack were stolen. It would appear the horse was one of several stabled on the premises but the only one taken, along with her own saddle and bridle ( her rugs and other itmes were left in adjoining tack room ). She is also descibed as being very difficult to load so it is not believed she would have been taken away by trailer or box

Full details are as follows - GINA - bay mare with 4 white socks and white blaze on face. Heavily built and Trotter type, 5 years old and broken to ride and drive. Very easy to handle, has full passport but not freeze marked or micro chipped.
